Constitution Is Endangered If Kagan OK'd

Phyllis Schlafly, in an Investors Business Daily column, points out that Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan is not interested in upholding the Constitution. Instead, she wants to rewrite it to fit her activist, progressive, liberal philosophy.
